Shirdi Sai Baba was a revered spiritual master who lived in the town of Shirdi, Maharashtra, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Though little is known about His origins, He is believed to have arrived in Shirdi around 1858 and lived there until Samadhi in 1918. Sai Baba remains one of the most beloved saints in India, attracting followers from all religions, castes, and walks of life.

“Sabka Malik Ek”

Sai Baba lived a humble life in a dilapidated mosque he named “Dwarkamai.”
Clad in a simple kafni (robe) and headscarf, He led a life of self-discipline, meditation, and unwavering devotion to God.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Sai Baba’s teachings was his emphasis on religious unity. He preached the oneness of God, often saying “Sabka Malik Ek” (One God governs all). Though he was born a Hindu (as believed by some), he lived as a fakir and practiced elements from both Hinduism and Islam. His followers included both Hindus and Muslims, and he encouraged people to respect all religions. His very dwelling, Dwarkamai, was a symbol of communal harmony where Hindu aartis and Islamic prayers coexisted peacefully.
Sai Baba devoted his life to serving people, especially the poor, the sick, and the downtrodden. He never sought wealth or fame and accepted offerings only to distribute them to the needy. He healed countless people through his blessings and spiritual power.
